David de Gea in Manchester United contract stand-off

The Spaniard, 27, is currently earning just £180,000-a-week – peanuts compared to Chilean forward Sanchez, who is raking in £505,000 per week.
Pogba meanwhile earns substantially more, at £300,000 per week.
With De Gea still consistently linked with a move away from Old Trafford, he is playing hardball in order to pocket a monster pay-day, according to The Daily Record.
Real Madrid have been pursuing the Spanish star seemingly forever, but De Gea has remained loyal to Old Trafford.
However, as things stand, there is no deal in place for the No1 to commit his long-term future to the club.

For four of the past five seasons, De Gea has been United’s Player of the Year or Supporters’ Player of the Year.
With United’s defence a shadow of its former glories in recent years, De Gea has been more often than not a sole shining light.
Meanwhile, Sanchez and Pogba – earning close to £1million-a-week combined – have been sub-par by their own lofty standards since joining the club.
Ed Woodward and Jose Mourinho’s biggest task now may be parting with a huge sum of money to ensure their best player, De Gea, stays for the long term.
