Manchester United transfer news: Red Devils meet with Lazio chiefs over deal for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, with Real Madrid also interested

Manchester United and Real Madrid have reportedly met top officials from Lazio to discuss a move for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.
The midfielder established himself as one of the stars of Serie A last season and is considered hot property this summer.

Several clubs have made enquiries about the Serbian, including Juventus,Manchester United and Real Madrid.
And now, according to Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, Lazio chiefs have met with representatives from Manchester United and Real Madrid.
Meetings reportedly took place on Friday with both clubs keen to discuss a potential move for Milinkovic-Savic.
Lazio president Claudio Lotito and sporting director Igli Tare have already met with the 23-year-old’s agent, who claims his client is considering his options.
However, the Italian club have confirmed to Manchester United and Real Madrid that their star midfielder will not be sold on the cheap.
Lazio are still demanding close to £130 million for Milinkovic-Savic and that amount is, at the moment, non-negotiable.
