Inter, now everything depends on you: just a point to Wembley

Inter is the draw with Barcelona, and Inter already thinks about the next European engagement. Wembley's away match against Tottenham could be decisive for Spalletti's journey into the last sixteen. Currently, the situation of Group B sees the team of Valverde already qualified for the next phase thanks to the 10 points obtained in the first four days. Soon after, Inter at 7 and Tottenham at 4. Closes the PSV of van Bommel with just one point.

CALENDAR - On November 28th, at Wembley, Inter will challenge Tottenham: with a point in England the Nerazzurri would have the certainty of second place in the group given the direct clashes in favor with the Pochettino team. If the Nerazzurri should instead lose to England, then the last day would be decisive: the PSV will arrive in Milan on 11 December, while Kane and his companions will be engaged in Spain.

Obviously with a victory and, as said with a peer (by virtue of the direct match of San Siro won by Inter 2-1), Inter would be in the second round. In the case of an equal number of points with Tottenham, they will decide: 1) standstill 2) goal difference in the standings 3) higher number of goals scored away (in the standings) 4) overall goal difference 5) higher number of goals scored 6) Uefa coefficient. For this reason, a defeat at Wembley could change little as regards the qualifying speech, unless Inter does not lose 3-2 or 4-3 (which after the 2-1 of the first leg, would give a position of advantage to Icardi & co.). Instead, if the men of Pochettino were to win by a margin of 2 or more goals, Inter would need in the last round a better result than the Londoners, hoping for a small favor from the already qualified Barcelona, which usually does not make discounts at the Camp Nou but that anyway it could give itself a large turnover.
