The case of the alleged rape of Cristiano Ronaldo against Kathryn Mayorga shows no sign of abating. The document of the secret agreement signed by the two parties in 2010 - published by the German magazine Der Spiegel - shows that the American girl was committed to keeping silent about what happened that famous night in June (behind the payment of 375 thousand dollars ) and to alert all those who knew of it to do the same. As for the obligations of CR7, the agreement ("on whose authenticity there is no reason to doubt, and so far have not even the lawyers of Cristiano Ronaldo" the magazine writes) foresaw the delivery to the Mayorga results of his Hiv test to reassure her, thus certifying an unprotected relationship. The document (an out-of-court agreement a few months after the episode), in which CR7 is called "Topher", is also signed by Cristiano Ronaldo himself.
The German magazine obtained the document as part of the files released in the Football Leaks scandal last year and has rebuilt the long negotiation that would have led to the agreement between the parties. Not only that, Der Spiegel has also published the first version of what happened that CR7 would provide its lawyers: a sexual relationship described as "brusque, hasty and hasty" in which the woman repeated "no, do not do it, I'm not like all the others". The Portuguese then admitted that he had apologized to her. But above all, the new documents show how Cristiano Ronaldo in a very short time created a real "risk management" team that included lawyers and investigators to better protect his reputation and limit the woman's range of action.
